How we select services for your building

Every building gets its own curated list of services. We start each property’s list with the pros your building already trusts. From there, the list grows with residents: you can upvote services you’d like added, or name a pro you already use. When enough neighbors ask for the same thing, we go recruit for it.

How we vet pros

Before a pro can work on your property, they’re vetted. We either run our own background check or verify proof of a background check already completed by the building or the pro’s employer. We also only work with highly rated services whose team members are reliable and consistently deliver quality results. Only cleared pros appear in the app and are allowed on site, so you can book with confidence.

How matching works

You don’t scroll through listings or pick a company. When you book, we match you with a suitable pro based on your building and your preferences, like pet-friendly or a preferred language, so every visit fits how you like things done.

Requesting a new service or pro

Don’t see what you need? In the app you can request a new service or submit a pro you trust. It all feeds your building’s shortlist and helps us prioritize what to add next.
